FAQx is a start-up company with a revolutionary idea: validate local, federal information and make it accessible to users.

The Challenge
Government websites have a tremendous amount of useful information, but they fail at making this content easy to find. Users need to visit multiple pages, and go through different layers of content to find what they’re looking for... and often users find content that hasn't been updated in years.

FAQx approach was simple: gather government content, corroborate it, and then provide users with the right, validated answer while allowing them to save or share these answers.

My UX/UI approach was simple: create a clear and streamlined system to house and navigate data, while implementing seamless features to quickly validate and save data.

Finding Data

Finding validated data easily and seamlessly was one of the most important value props for FAQx. In order to do that, intuitive filtering, search and navigation devices were implemented so users could find data in a quick manner.

Validating Data

It was crucial for FAQx to allow users to report or validate specific data on the experience. In order to account for that, a validate/report data feature was created at the detail page level, that way if a user encountered wrong information they could report it to the FAQx team.

Saving Data

A whole dashboard experience was created for users who wanted to save some of the data collections or entities they find. Users can create personalized lists and save or share them with friends and family.
