As part of the largest menu update in Subway’s 56-year-history, Subway partnered with Wondersauce to redesign their website and app. The new user-friendly platform empowers customers to effortlessly customize their sandwiches, save their favorite orders, payment methods and redeem rewards. I played a key role in developing the account section of the experience and building out the editorial system for marketing pages.

Modular CMS for Subway
To streamline Subway's content creation and maintain brand consistency, I developed a modular content management system. This system facilitated efficient editing and publishing of marketing materials across all channels. By establishing clear guidelines for assets and components, I empowered content designers and editors to create cohesive and engaging content.
Device-agnostic Design
To ensure a seamless user experience across all devices, we implemented a device-agnostic design. We meticulously crafted a responsive layout, paying close attention to typography and other UI elements to guarantee optimal readability and consistency. By aligning the web and app account experiences, we aimed to create a cohesive and intuitive journey for users, regardless of their preferred platform.
